A small team day by the pool
A team of up to 10 rarely needs a hall with a projector for a hundred guests. It needs a table, quiet, lunch and a chance to get in the water after the talk. Alla Retreat in Kfar Yona prepares that day: work first, rest after.
How it is set up
There is a table for a short working session. Then food, the pool and, if you want, treatments. This is not a ropes course and not a late-night corporate party. Four or five hours with no other group in the next room.
Who it is for
Small studios, family businesses, women's teams, a leadership group of a few people. If you are more than 10, this house will not fit — better another venue than crowding.
Invoicing and logistics

Yes, a table for a small working part. It is not a 30-seat conference room.

Yes. Company details and the invoice are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Can we bring laptops and a screen?
Laptops yes. We do not install a stage or professional lighting: the format is small.
Is there alcohol at a team day?
By arrangement, in moderation. The day is a reset, not a bar.
