Booking and cancellation terms

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. We reply, clarify the details and give the price, and the booking is confirmed after that.

The chosen time is held for a limited period while the details are agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in writing when the booking is confirmed, before any payment.
